Bluewater is the largest retail development in Europe, with over 300 retail units together with restaurants and other leisure and recreational facilities. The completed development has a value in excess of £1Billion.
Lend Lease the Australian developers of the project recognised that for a project and business of this magnitude a Project Manager was required to identify, co-ordinate and manage all elements of the development to ensure it opened on time.
Our role was to be that Project Manager, reporting directly to the Directors of the client. It was our responsibility to ensure all parts of the organisation from Construction through to Operations would be ready for Opening.
Following the successful opening of the development, the programmes and templates where used as the standard for other developments by Lend Lease.
